RESTORATIVE YOGA
A slow practice including breathwork that is great for all levels especially beginners. Using props such as, blankets, blocks, weight bags and straps to support you in your poses from the ground up. The benefits are deep relaxation, and passive stretching that resets the nervous system to rest and digest. Perfect way to end the weekend!
GENTLE YIN FLOW
Slower style flow class bringing breath into the poses. Great for beginners with a focus on alignment and deep stretches using props when needed. Calms the mind and helps to improve joint mobility.
INTERMEDIATE HATHA FLOW
Much like the gentle flow, this class brings breath into movement while mindfully engaging muscles to build strength for stabilization & balance. We still move with intention but with a steady pace.
STRENGTH AND STABILITY
Building balance and stability to feel stronger and prevent injury by engaging major muscle groups and stabilizer muscles. We use props to help us get into these poses with proper body mechanics. A great class to expand your practice.

*I PROVIDE ALL PROPS INCLUDING MATS! A space will be set up for you when you arrive. You are welcome to bring your own mat also.
